On-Line Order Confirmation and Payment
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your hair is not in stock, we will advise you immediately. PAYMENTS ARE MADE VIA PAYPAL. All hair orders placed by 3pm will ship the same day Monday-Friday if it’s in stock.
Custom Orders: Full/Partial Wigs “LLHC Friends”
Once your order is complete (completed consultation, specs and payment received), production usually starts the next business day. The estimated production time is 2 weeks. Once your order is in production, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
All order status updates are provided via email.
There is an extra charge for all rush orders. (if applicable)
Shipping: All shipments require a signed signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes.
United States Shipping (Monday-Friday only) We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays
