Are Consultations Free?YES! But, we do require a credit card to schedule all appointments. Your credit card will only be charged if you do not show up for your appointment. You can view the Cancellation/No-Show Policy for each service by clicking “More Info” while booking. If you have any questions please call +1 214 377 9355.

How should I prepare for my appointment?Come with a clean head and no extensions to be ready to try on wigs Bring any pictures/inspiration for your wig Bring all your questions

How do I place a custom order?Click here and we will reach out to you to get your custom order started!

How does ordering a Lavish Locs unit work?You choose your unit, we make sure we have your proper measurements. Then spend the next 2 – 3 weeks constructing and customizing your unit. Once it is finished, we reach out to you and you either come in to pick it up or we ship it out to you.

Can I place a custom order?Yes! We love custom orders. Click here and fill out the form and will reach out to you and get the customization process started.

How long will it take for my unit to be ready?After you order is placed, we will start the constructions process (after 48hrs there can’t be any changes made). Please allow 2-3 weeks for your wig/unit to be mailed out. All status updates will be communicated via email however, if you have any questions, please contact us at llhcorders@gmail.com or call 214.377.9355

What is Lavish Locs Appointment Cancelation Policy?Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. (Free consultations cancelations fee is $25.00) Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. (Free consultations cancelations fee is $25.00)

Can I supply my own hair for wig constructions?Yes, however we are not responsible for hair that is damage (tangle or sheds) or that doesn’t color/bleach.

Do all of your wigs have bleached knots?Yes, all of our wigs/units come with gently bleached knots

Do you make synthetic wigs?No, we do not make synthetic wigs.
