Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to our customer satisfaction. Please remember to place your order with care and ask all questions beforehand and follow our maintenance instructions after purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, there is a No Refund/Exchange Only Policy. Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will accept exchanges of undamaged, uncut, unworn merchandise within 10 days of purchase. You must advise us prior to returning any products so we can issue a Exchange Invoice. We’ll send you a length or hair texture upon receipt of exchanged hair. Please print and enclose the original sales receipt with your return.

Wigs Return & Exchange Policy

We know that purchasing a wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don’t offer a refund policy, we do allow a five day exchange on wigs. Once you receive your wig, you have five days to contact us to exchange it for a different wig. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut.

If you are visiting a stylist Please have your stylist ensure the proper fit before performing any alterations to the unit (cutting lace, coloring) as we will not accept a return if your stylist has altered the wig and subsequently determined that it doesn’t fit.

If the wig is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another stock wig or have a wig made to your specifications. We do not allow multiple exchanges per order.

Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other hair-care products are non-returnable.

Our return and exchange policy only applies to purchases made through the www.lavishlocshair.com website. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased through resellers or auction websites.

When we receive your return, we will issue you store credit that equals the purchase price of the wig. This credit is non-expiring, and can be used to purchase another custom wig or stock wig from the www.lavishlocshair.com website. Please note that if you choose to order a custom wig in exchange, the production time cannot be expedited. We make all efforts to exchange your wig in a timely manner, but we cannot drastically alter the production process. We do not issue refunds if you are unable to wait for the production of another unit. Our return policy is exchange and in-store credit only
